Usage and brief introduction: QCL 40/60 ultrasonic bottle washing machine is applies to wash ampoulea,penicillin bottles,infusion bottle ets,which outside diameter all are 10 30mm. 1.Washing quality satisfies the G.M.P 2.Simple and practical operation is due to the mode of bottle feeding isin bulk 3.Mode of bottle clamping using manipulator,can be use for multi-specification bottles 4.Adopted the modes of tracking and interting for washing using water and gas to ensure bottles washing quality and low consumption of water and air. 5.Adopted PLC to control and HMI for display and operation. 6.Can supply G.M.P verification documents and give assistance for passing G.M.P Working principle: Bottles in bulk are put into ultrasonic washingtank after ultrasonic washing for about 80 seconds,bottles are fed to lifting driver wheel by bottle feeding spiral conveyer and into a big drum and clamped by manipulator,and turn over for 180(bottle mouths downward) and clockwise rotated along with the big roatating disk.Six groups jet pipes which equipped with jet needles and under the lower of big roating disk tracks and inserts the jet needs into the bottles and completes the spraying for inside bottle according to procedures,spraying for two times,using purifying spraying for once,using compressed air,spraying for once,using fresh water,spraying for two times,using circulating water,sparying for once,using compressed air,spraying for once,using fresh water,spraying for two times,using purifying compressd air again,meantime compless the spraying for outside bottle,so far,the washing technology for the bottles is completed.Washed bottles turn over 180 again by manipulator and fet into a tunnel type oven by driver disk.This machine can contorl the productive capacity by frequency conversion and speed change functions,and can control and adjust the sequential coordination of each procedure.
