General Description: This machine is an upgraded product of the liquid medicine ampoule filling and sealing machine.The production capacity of this machine is increased by more than 3 times,compared with the single needle nozzle drawing-filling-sealing machine,while the product quality is ensured. The ampoules are delivered in a rectangular mode,in which the moving toothed plate moves upward fast but goes back downward slowly.In this way,the distance for the moving toothed plate to deliver ampoules in a single cycle will be extended and the time duration for the ampoules to remain in the fixed toothed plate will be long enough,thus the working efficiency of the whole machine is improved.Under the ampoule feeding hopper is provided an engaging and disengaging mechanism which can stop the ampoules inside the hopper from being delivered without stopping the machine,and it is easy to operate.The wire cable controlled manipulator is used in drawing operation to make the construction of the machine simple.A unique ampoule tumbler is provided at the ampoule discharge port to make the moving direction of the mechanism coincide with that of the ampoules discharged.This will shorten the machine length and the length of operating space needed by the operator,thus facilitating users to make a workshop layout and a full utilization of their floor space.
